Whether you're hitting the road or catching a flight, you need to know how to stay safe while traveling, especially if you plan on bringing a defensive tool.
This course will help prepare you to make your next trip a safe one. We will cover general road safety tips, items that you should include in both medical and roadside kits and precautions you need to take when flying with a defensive tool.
Throughout the class we will talk about situational awareness, including while at common stops during a trip and different decision-making frameworks on how to best navigate a dangerous situation (and how laws change from state to state.)
Lastly, we will discuss what tools you can use to de-escalate a tense situation better while traveling.
You’ll leave this class feeling more confident and competent as you prepare for your next trip.
